Online Social Media Marketing Workshops & Courses for 2024 – with Juhli Selby based in Victoria, BC

Taking a social media marketing workshop or course can help reduce your overwhelm and save you time! I taught social media marketing courses for Camosun College Continuing Education (my local community college in Victoria, BC) from 2013 – 2020, and have also taught hundreds of students through my business since 2010. When the college shut down their continuing education department during the pandemic, I started (finally) teaching my courses online. My content is designed for professionals & small business owners who are based in Canada and the US. I love working with heart-centered helpers, healers, and creatives who are service/knowledge professionals. Past clients have included coaches, consultants, health & wellness professionals, authors, artists, realtors, fashion stylists, interior designers, retail store owners, marketing professionals (including social media managers & virtual assistants) & non-profit professionals. I love supporting and empowering women business owners, and I believe the world needs more POSITIVE voices! 💙

Social media marketing workshops and courses are delivered by Zoom video call, and sessions are recorded. I limit the number of  attendees to 8 people max. so I can provide a high level of service. I teach my sessions live, so I can keep the content up to date (things are always changing in social media!). I do not currently offer any pre-recorded self-serve courses. Taking a course is a great place to start if you’re new to social media marketing for business, and want to have a better understanding of how things work. It can also be helpful if you have been doing social media for a while, but you’re not getting results.

Social media marketing activities can be a HUGE waste of time if you’re not organized, or you spend time on the wrong things. When you’re learning how to use it for business, it can be extremely overwhelming. Taking a workshop or course can help streamline your learning, help you overcome the fear, build your confidence, and arm you with information and tools that you can use to BE STRATEGIC and SAVE TIME! Even if you don’t intend to do your own social media long term, as the owner and leader of your business, you should be informed about how it works, how much time it takes, and how to work with your support team if you plan to delegate. That will make it easier to find, communicate and collaborate with your future social media manager or virtual assistant.
